Outing with friends in Clarke Quay

Yesterday, we went out with weng's school mates in Clarke Quay. The main purpose for their gathering was mainly due to they are giving out "red boom" to them to invite them to their ROM and wedding dinner in 10 of October. According to them, this year is their 10 years anniversary and they are getting married in this year, its such a memorable year for them. It is not easy to maintain a relationship for such a long period especially they started dating since secondary school. Everyone should know that college and uni life is easily fall in love with others if their perseverance is not strong enough. Am I right, anyway wish to applause to them and congrats to both them be happily ever after after their married life =)

As mentioned earlier, we went to Clarke Quay for a walk and dinner there. Kn had suggested us to go there as he mentioned that area was decorated by lots of lanterns for the mid autumn festival. He drove us to there. The whole area was decorated not only with the lanterns but also floating decoration on the surface of the river. They use lanterns created 12 animals by placing them around the river side with the reference of " 爱情运,财运,事业" It was surrounded by lots of people who wanted to look for their own animal symbolic.

As we walked further, we saw there was such a huge crowd of people queuing up there. When we approached nearer, we realise that there were many stalls selling Taiwanese food and those people were queuing up for their food =) Below are some of the pics taken yesterday =)

Very crowded in Clarke Quay. Guess it was due to mid autumn performance out there. Everywhere was decorated by laterns.

Such a coincidence. By the time we back to the Central after a big round of walking, there was someone putting up the fire crackers. It is nice right?
